Switched to browns 18 months ago and so much better than my previous waste supplier .James sorted me out a much clearer contract with no hidden charges unlike my previous one .Better service and also saved money .We use general waste / cardboard / glass and food waste bins and they are all collected promptly .On the odd occasion where a wagon has not reached us we have always had communication and a swift response
