I purchased a car from this dealer, and they conveniently “forgot” to mention that it was previously used as a taxi. While they didn’t outright lie, they also didn’t disclose this critical detail, which significantly affects resale value. This is misrepresentation by omission and goes against the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which states that a vehicle must be “as described.” Had I known it was a former taxi, I would not have purchased it.If you’re buying from here, I strongly recommend doing your own HPI and TFL checks before committing. A trustworthy dealer should be upfront about a car’s full history.
