AVOID this House of Cards. What a circus! Once they have your deposit that’s where the customer service ends. My partner agreed to purchase a Range Rover and was promised the vehicle would be gleaming and MOT’d ready to collect the following weekend. A WhatsApp number was provided to receive updates on progress etc during the week but nothing materialised. We ended up calling for an update the day before collection and every call after that has been lies and a complete runaround. We understand that delays can happen, things can change but don’t lie and treat customers like they are stupid!I would be very very wary of purchasing from this company, if the culture of lying is there before purchase, I dread to think of the service if there was an issue afterwards.Needless to say we are still waiting for a returned promised refund.
