My experience with Browns Car Company ⚠️I purchased an Audi S3 from Browns Car Company. Within two days I returned it due to faults.An independent inspection by Minitech Ltd on 19 July 2025 found multiple issues, including: • Airbag control unit faults and airbag warning light on • Pedestrian crash sensor errors • Suspension and shock absorber faults • Coolant leak • Wiring damage to brake pad warning system • Missing underbody components and damaged wheel backing plateThe inspection listed over £5,000 worth of repairs needed to address these safety and mechanical issues.Browns Car Company agreed to refund me and took the car back, but payment was delayed for around a month until I said I would take legal action.On the same day I returned the vehicle, I saw it listed for sale again.Based on my experience, I recommend that anyone buying from any dealer gets an independent pre-purchase inspection.
