My husband paid £100 deposit to view a car, which was not available for view in the yard. He was told , if he does not like the car, the deposit will be returned. We called a day before to inform them we do not want to view the car anymore, and was told the car is ready for collection and the deposit would not be returned. We never said we buying the car. Only wanted to view it. I still will escalate my issue with the relevant people and try to get my money back, as the person there was not helpful at all.Furthermore, when we have contacted the seller, he was again rude and blocked my number.….Furthermore, they contacted me, after this review was posted to apologise for their mistake and asked me to delete this review in return to have my money back. That has not happened, even I was naive enough to believe and deleted the review.
