AVOID AT ALL COSTS If I could give a rating of zero on here, I would. We went and looked at a car, test drove it, ran the figures for finance and said yes we love it, we'll take it. One of the other salesmen said that the xar was already sold, the manager Ricky said no you're here now, I'll take a deposit from you and tell the other guy it's broke or something as he hasn't even seen the car.Fast forward a few days, our finance had declined due to being self employed - which we advised would happen. We weren't told this though, just that the finance was struggling so we said no problem, we'll get a bank loan and pay cash. When calling the next day to confirm we will be there to collect the car, Ricky told us it was sold to the other person, claimed they didn't know what we were doing RE payments and there was nothing that could be done. We are now stuck with a bank loan, no car, and trying to get our deposit back with our Solicitor already taking steps to proceed. DO NOT BUY FROM DO NOT TRUST Conveniently, 15 minutes after the phone call with Ricky, we went to get our deposit back and speak to them about how much they have screwed us over and he had left for the day and they couldn't give us a refund as Ricky wasn't there - apparently if we send our bank details to a WhatsApp we will get it back - who knows with that!
