I received an order from Brown Thomas and I was disappointed initially as the bracelet I ordered as a Christmas gift came in a plastic pocket and not in the gift box as shown on the website. Thankfully on web chat Ana helped me out and I’ll hopefully have the box delivered on time 🙏🏼 not a great start but customer service is fantastic. Thanks Ana 🥰
