I love Bobbi Brown cosmetics. Unfortunately the staff they have working for their counter in Brown Thomas Cork leave a lot to be desired. They have no customer service and on top of that they do not readily give you samples. You have to ask. For the amount you are spending at the counter it isn’t right to be so begrudging of a tiny little pot of cream. A paying customer should not have to ask. Additionally, I informed the assistant I would like to us my BT points and she said in an abrupt manner too late the transaction has gone through. It was too much hassle. Serving seemed to be an effort. What are counters doing with their tiny pots of cream that they begrudge somebody who’s actually paying a large amount of money for their products. This is the total opposite of Bobbi Browns ethos as they are a very generous company with their products. If I could order straight from the website I would but unfortunately they do not ship to Ireland. I will be purchasing elsewhere in the future.
