I ordered a sweatshirt online from Brown Thomas online website. Delivery was fulfilled by Arnotts. When I opened the package, the garment was clearly soiled with makeup on both the outside and inside of the neck of the garment. Packer must have seen this when folding for packing. I am now required to pay 4.95 to return the garment, in addition to having to wait for a refund. I would not shop online with Brown Thomas or Arnotts again. Definitely gone down in quality of customer service, in my opinion. I have requested an immediate refund including refund of the return postage.
