After an overnight flight, arriving already tired, we were forced to wait 3.5 hours standing in line for passport control. There were easily 1000 people in line, some of whom were elderly or parents with young children. The real outrage is that when you finally arrive at the front of the queue, there is ONLY one border agent working. When I asked the agent about the unreasonable delay, she shrugged and said it's been the same for the past few months. Clearly no effort by airport authorities to rectify this totally unacceptable and dangerous situation.
