The queue for passport control was approximately 500 people long and there was no sense of urgency with passport control to lesson it.It was the longest queue I had even been in.I felt sorry for the elderly or families with small children as the queue took 1 hour 8 minutes to go through after landing.The frustrating part was that there were 8 empty lanes for EU citizens which British people are not entitled to thanks to Brexit.
