I love the concept of the bruusta it takes a lot of the work and guess work out of the old school methods. I like that it is and easy 1, 2, 3 system and with an app. I found no instructions on how to open start of trouble shoot any things that could go wrong. Hence I had to google and you tube on how to. Info was missing on those too. What settings it should be on, how to open the device, how to reopen after the fermenting process etc. Let's just say the learning curve left me with an exploding base and covered in the residue that should have been thrown out. Although it was an experience, I really wish a detailed instruction pamphlet was put in the box with precise instructions. :) Other than that I would have given 5 stars, even while still waiting on my first brew to tap. As far as flavoring and process of the end results I don't know yet. Patiently waiting and very excited to try it.
