DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I locked myself out, so googled locksmiths for my area. Quoted approximately £45.00. Arrived within 45 mins. He then told me it would be more as it is a wooden door and had to be drilled out. Is was getting dark, I had my elderly mother with me, so I had to go ahead. Once we were inside he then proceeded to tell me that it would be £45.00 call out charge plus £165.00 plus vat. He then went on to say it would be £150.00 for a lock, £120.00 for handles and £150.00 to fit it. It was getting late and he told me he couldn’t get the lock until the following day, and I would have to pay up front! I told him no way was I paying that. I paid the call out and the drill out fee. My partner came the next day, bought a lock for £25.00 and reused the handles. Unbelievable
