Be careful with this company. Before I purchased, they were extremely attentive—messaging me on WhatsApp, sending emails, and adding offers to convince me to buy. Once the high-value payment was made, everything changed.I never received a tracking link and had to chase them for it after 2 weeks. Their communication is incredibly slow and dishonest. They claimed customs issues (which weren't reflected on the UPS site) to justify delays. Finally, when the delivery was scheduled for this week, they contacted UPS and requested the package to be returned to them without any explanation or notice to me.Now, they have my money and the products, and they are ignoring my emails and messages. This is completely unprofessional and lacks any customer focus. Avoid them if you don't want the stress.
