For documents they are fine but once you entered the flat and there are problems with the equipment etc you will get a response from them but don't expect they will solve it, you have to live with such issues.Edited after reply :)As I mentioned in the review, you will get a response and the same happened here, got a response in just 1 hr :) this is what I like about bsimmons service.For the last 2 months Engineer missed the appointments because more than a year was completed but the premises intercom was NOT updated with my contact and because of this Engineer NOT able to reach the flat. Not even that, we also collecting courier/parcel outside the premises.Did many requests but initializing the request to the intercom provider is beyond your control?Faulty Appliance -> Every Month Engineer missed appointments -> Intercom Not connected -> BSimmons don't have control?Raised the hob fault request in Mid Of November 2021 and now Feb 2022 but I am on the same stage to manage with the faulty appliance.
