I received an email with vague accusations that my account appeared spammy and was suspended. No evidence or explanation provided. I reached out to the moderation team shortly after the notification, and they responded in 5 minutes, requiring my ID to reinstate my account. I had concerns and asked questions for clarification, but they have been silent since. I attempted to appeal through the app and sent a follow-up email, but received no response. It's truly disappointing, as the platform was enjoyable otherwise if not for the terrible moderation system. They have ignored my messages for about a month now.
