I cannot emphasize enough to steer clear of this service. They have yet to refund my money after a driver failed to show up, along with multiple appointment cancellations and changes. Each time I reach out to request my refund, they claim it has been processed when it hasn't. It's a very unreliable service. Despite their responses, I've been communicating with them since December and still have not received my refund.
