Delayed Shipping & Poor ServiceChristmas gifts were not deliered in time and tracking details show that they were never received by the carrier (status was in "Label Created"). Customer service took longer to respond then the automated message indicated. When finally hearing back, I was told the item was "lost" and that I could get a refund or a replacement item. When asked if there was any way to rush the order that was expected a week and half prior, was told "No".It's a shame that a large corporation like this takes advantage of parents, family and friends that want to support their kids.
