I want to express my disappointment regarding my recent purchase of shoes on Black Friday. They arrived in Poland via courier on Thursday, and the packaging was fine. However, upon inspecting the shoes closely, I found defects and tiny holes in the suede in the same spots on both shoes. I expected high quality for the price I paid, but I was let down. This will be my first and last order with this seller! Quality control should be a priority before shipping products! Are you sending out subpar items? Additionally, returning them from Poland will cost me 35 PLN. Truly disappointing!
