I paid for the Premium service and am not getting responses from support or the website working. It says 'The specified UID does not match any of our records.'EDIT: Support started responding after I posted this review but my transaction is still unconfirmed 48 hours later. Starting to feel like this service does nothing and only refunds if you don't naturally get your transaction through and if it does they keep your money. 0 connection to pools.EDIT2: This service did nothing to help with my transaction, I paid, I waited and nothing happened. They do exactly what I described earlier, take your fee if it gets confirmed on its own or refund if it doesn't. It is a scam.
