We stayed in intercontinental malta hotel , we gave a deposit at the first day of the stay its been nearly 2 months now and still dont have any money back from them , i contacted them twice by phone once by call , no one is professional enough to solve the problem Plus As it seems to be only about money and profit, it turn that at the private beach that its supposed to be only for residents and customers from the hotel , to make more money they accept outside customer , and unlikely for us , one of the outside customer that had nothing to do in here was completely drunk (alcohol largely served by the hotel to those outside customer to make more money ) then start to disturb and make trouble to us , that the police came to solve the situation Enough i think you get the idea , of the brand "intercontinental" that you think you gonna pay high price getting high quality in return... Nothing this hotel is old in bad maintenance Money waisted #intercontinental , is not anymore what it use to be Dont waist your money stay far away from it
