I booked two party buses for a a large group of teens to attend a birthday party. BTS demanded payment up front. I believed they would be professional and payed the amount and agreed to pay a portion in CASH! Thirty minutes before the event, they notified me that they would only be able to provide 1 bus. I had to scrabble last minute and find friends with mini vans to hep me transport the teens. This company was not only unprofessional and downright disrespectful. They threatened to withhold all services and have refused to fully reimburse us the amount we paid. BTS is a SCAM, DO NOT USE THEM. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY
