They authorized a return, I paid return shipping and sent the item back. They received the item and never refunded me. It took them 3 months to respond, after sending several emails to two email addresses, they just give me weird vague answers and never actually tell me why they aren't refunding me. These people are thieves and they're not even ashamed about it. They shouldn't be in business. Take a look at the other review, it matches the lousy customer service that I received. I filed a complaint through BBB.
