Ordered 5 items, only received 3. Have tried live chat and sent multiple emails as well as contacting their Facebook. No response to any platform. The live chat on the website goes unread without response. No way to talk to anyone or report an issue. Must create an account to place an order, yet there is no way to communicate issues, seems like a way to get passwords really. The products I did receive are legitimate so I can’t give them 1 star but can’t give better than a 2 for horrible customer service. Use a credit card with this company and order at your own risk.
