We’ve used bubbles and bins for 6 months for our holiday let bin collection and they are faultless. Ines was so friendly and helpful when we set the contract up and service has been 5* since, with 100% collection rate and a very friendly and helpful driver, David. Though we are on site we always get a confirmation photo. They were competitively priced compared to other services which felt less personal and not so well reviewed.

Local councils' commercial rubbish collections aren't designed with customer service in mind and often only collect every 2 or 3 weeks. Meanwhile, providing a five-star service to guests means getting handy people out to fix things quickly at properties when they go wrong. We simply bought our own waste collection vans, got a waste carrier license from the Environment Agency and took it on ourselves!
