Delayed Order Experience

I placed an order on December 13th, expecting it to ship by December 18th and arrive by December 22nd. However, the item wasn't shipped until the 22nd, with a new delivery date of December 27th. This feels like false advertising. The purchase was intended as a Christmas gift, and now the present I was most looking forward to won't arrive on time. I wouldn't have ordered if I had known there would be such a delay.

Ho avuto un'esperienza molto negativa con questo servizio. Hanno commesso un errore nell'indirizzo, non scrivendolo per intero, e il pacco è tornato indietro. Il supporto clienti è stato irrispettoso e non hanno fatto alcun tentativo di assistermi, dicendo solo che dovevo contattare la compagnia di spedizione, senza fornirmi alcuna informazione utile. CAUTION - WARNING - ATTENTION

I strongly advise against ordering from this service; they wrote the wrong address incompletely, and the package was returned. Customer service was disrespectful and unhelpful, claiming I had to contact the shipping company without providing any information about it. A shame, do not buy!
