When I contacted the company about returning it, I found out the return address is in another country, leading to a return cost of £9.50—over a third of the necklace price. I'm left without a gift and unhappy since the company doesn't clarify its international return policy. I reached out for help, but they only suggested a cheaper postal service. Very dissatisfied and out of pocket.
