I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I ordered a necklace for my girlfriend, but it was stolen. After informing them, they sent me a replacement within two days in a lovely jewelry case. Amazing service! I suspect the negative feedback might be from competitors trying to harm their business, especially given my positive experience.
