I bought a necklace for my daughter's wedding, but it wasn’t suitable. Returning it was a nightmare. The item cost £25, and I had to pay £12 to return it. It came back to me as it was refused, and despite evidence of return, I was told no refund would be issued. I feel very frustrated and would advise others to steer clear.
