I WISH i read the reviews before i purchased. Or even used paypal. This is so unacceptable. I ordered my christmas sweater on 12/11. I JUST received it today 12/28. They lied about the 1-3 days processing and 3-7 days shipping. Unbelievable. It took them 7 days to process and ship my order. Then they literally chose the worst shipping method, because it took 11 days to get to me. It missed multiple Christmas parties AND christmas day itself. I didn’t even get to use this sweater. 3 days after i placed the order and noticed that it wasnt shipped and the negative reviews, i clearly asked them to CANCEL my order if it wont make it on time. They said they shipped it a few days later, but they didnt PHYSICALLY ship it. They only created the label. Now, No response and their phone number leads to voicemail. I cant even get in contact with them. I want my FULL REFUND. This is unacceptable. I look at their website now, and NOW it says orders after 12/12 is not guaranteed to arrive by christmas. I placed it before 12/12 and trust me, i check everyday and they only put that notice up a few days ago probably from all the backlash theyve been getting. They tell me to be sympathetic, HOW can i be sympathetic if i made a purchase as a customer and the company goes MIA.
