I ordered a sweater on 12/11 figuring I'd get it before Christmas (the website said orders placed before 12/12 will arrive before Christmas). Well it's now a day after Christmas and NOTHING. Never received a confirmation email and have not received a reply to the email I sent to support. You bet your booty they took the money out of my account though. If you can't keep up don't guarantee things, it's that simple. Terrible company.
