The program is quite intuitive. I appreciate the notifications for late, early, or missed shifts, and I like that I can disable all alerts if necessary. My main use is for scheduling, but I've also utilized some reports. It's very easy to use and generally adaptable. I use the app daily, and it's straightforward to set up employees and make adjustments. The app is practical and convenient.
