Beware! This is the third time I have used Robert and his team. Unfortunately- it was a terrible experience. It started with a frenzied approach to removing things from the first house. And despite several requests to put down carpet protection- they didn’t, in both houses. During most of the move Robert was shouting in Polish at his team. He also fairly quickly tried to tell me I would need a 4th van - despite having moved me a year ago in 3. I refused this and said quite firmly I did not have more stuff and it fit last time. When we arrived to the new house - things were literally dumped into rooms or thrown into the garden. For example a basket ball hoop was thrown onto some bushes! Beds and furniture were randomly put into rooms - we had to spend hours moving things so we could sleep in the beds. Even the mattresses were not on the beds and were just dumped into one of the 4 rooms. However, the real problem came when I pointed out the one of the bed had been damaged on re-assembly. I was not angry or aggressive at all - simply showed Robert the very visible damage to my daughter’s bed where the screws had been screwed in too far. Robert became immediately irate - stated shouting at me and my partner. He screamed at both of us how they did not damage the bed - that it was a ‘sh-t’ bed and insurance would not cover it. At no point did I ask him to pay for the bed - I simply wanted him to acknowledge the damage. I said this several times. The shouting became so extreme I felt threatened and left the room. He followed me later into the house and continued - I was close to calling the police. It was a terrible experience. Beware these guys are cheap and efficient- but Robert is extremely threatening and potentially dangerous when crossed.
