Moving house is one of the most stressful life moments any of us will experience. In our case, we were downsizing from a house into a flat as my dear husband suffered a stroke and needs to live on one level, so you can imagine how monumental this move has been for us.Robert and his team - Chris, Slowek and Ross were so kind, thoughtful and caring. Firstly, I wanted to move my artwork and valuable paintings separately. Robert told me, “no problem” and that’s exactly what we did. Robert worked hard on making everything work smoothly. When we got to the flat I wanted my grandmother’s oriental rug laid down before any furniture. These old rugs are tricky and we were having some trouble getting it to lay flat. Slowek then lifted a corner of the rug and started flapping it to bring air under it like a flying carpet. Everyone got involved and we flapped that rug around until it rested perfectly on the floor with no wrinkles. Brilliant! I highly recommend Robert and his team if you’re looking for professional movers that are intelligent, thoughtful and kind - and put the customer first!
