Robert quickly responded to emails and messages, gave me a good quote based on a video of our flat and was very clear on what was included in the service and what may be extra, and what to expect on the day/s. We went for a packing and removal service. On packing day, the team arrived on time, were polite and good humoured. They packed everything carefully and labelled all the boxes with the room and even an indication of content (books, files, clothes miscellaneous etc). On removal day the team again arrived ontime and made quick work of loading our boxes, and unloading them at the new property. The whole team were professional and respectful. We highly recommend them!
