Tried placing order

Tried placing order. Kept getting declined with an Address error message. My bank verified the transactions w/BUD VAULT. Four transactions, but an error message. No invoice or email with an invoice. Just bank transactions. No phone number and they don't respond when you try to contact them. I hope they stop with the nonsense.
