My God where to start. I ordered glasses from Lensmart and let me tell lensmart has done its part. The thing is I’m in Botswana and Lenamart doesn’t deliver here. So I ordered the glasses to be delivered to a courier company in SA that would in turn delivered to me in Botswana. The package is in JHB and every day for the past 15 days I get stories why Buffalo simply can’t just deliver to the courier. Because I’m not in SA I don’t have an SA cell number. I asked if they could call an international number they said no. I asked if they could instead deliver to Botswana, they said no I can’t change the delivery address. I said I’d just come to JHB to get the package, it’s a 6 hour drive, they said no collections. What the heck. Now I have friends in JHB, I want to change the delivery to their address, again no. I’m about to demand a refund from lensmart and start again cause I have aged considerably fighting this battle.
