Worst experience ever. I have a parcel being delivered since 24.12.2024 and every time, once they decide to update their status on my delivery, it says, the parcel is returned to the warehouse due to incorrect allocation. This is now the 3rd time for the same parcel. I'm sitting with the same issue of not knowing why, what or when because they do not answer your emails, whatsapps, phone calls etc. Pathetic service honestly!This will seriously make me not want to order from Shein or Temu or any other places using Buffalo as their courier service.
