This is the worst experience known to man or beast. Beyond a joke! 5 mails on average I had to send a day sometimes receiving an automated response, other times nothing. Stay away from anything to do with these Muppets. Customer service does not exist. If you order a service through them expect an update in 2032. I had ordered a few items for my sons birthday off SHEIN, who uses these muppets. I wont be ordering anything off SHEIN again because of this.
