I think I accidentally deleted my first post. To the point: They wanted my ID, 3 months bank statements, and proof of address before I could get my parcel.After emailing Buffalo and Temu 600 times, I received an email from "Anon."-------------------------------------------------------------Good day, Although your parcel has cleared through customs, the Customs Border Control Unit has stopped this consignment for a routine physical inspection. A consignment is made up of bags, on average between 14 and 25 bags, which may consist of about 800 and 1000 smaller parcels, and your parcel is one of them. Our clearing agents are in the process of submitting the documents required in order to get the consignment released, and we will advise as soon as we have any further feedback. Unfortunately, the inspection can take ±10–15 days to complete, so delivery of your parcel will be delayed until we receive the release from Customs. We thank you for your patience and understanding.------------------------------------------------------------And there we are at the moment. I am going to get on to Temu to improve their courier services, and I hope you guys will too. The more complaints they get, the better. Thanks, Ness
