This is by far THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!! No customer service, poor communication and a general lack of service. They deliver TEMU orders, as a result of there service I will also not be buying from TEMU anymore. I ordered pruducts in April 2024. On 18, 20 and 30th May I paid the same taxes & VAT, because they would not release my package. They then returned my parcel to sender. I had the supplier resend the parcel but once again they wanted payment from buffaloex. I have sent countless emails, spoke to numerous agents after holding on forever, I have filled in refund forms and provided Proof of Payment. I have sent emails to each and every buffaloex mail address that I could find on the internet including HR out of utter desperation. No response, no parcel, no refund. They are the worst most unhelpful, incompetent service providers in the world!!!!!!!!! The whatsapp number takes you to the refund form download, and nobody attends to that either.
