Poor service 👎 my parcel was supposed to be delivered 6 days ago but was returned (without it having being delivered) I have been contacting buffalo logistics the only response I got was that the matter has been escalated and I should wait 24-48 hours, 6 days later I’m still waiting for my parcel which was not returned to the warehouse by the driver, the same driver they can’t connect me to 🚮
