Buffalo service is disgusting and poor. It's disgustingly poor. They don't even have a right to call it customer service because there is no service at all. Their numbers are useless- non-existent and their call centers are just trash. They claim they delivered my package but did not even call me. Now I am sitting here with no one to contact, wondering where the hell is my package and when will I even receive it. Truly these people have pissed me off today. Shein must do themselves a favour and use another logistics company because these people are the worst. They get 5 stars for being the worst logistics company.
