Buffalo Logistics service is poor. Call centre agents cut the call on you, don't wait a minute for you to speak before talking on top of you. Previously when the driver used to make contact for delivery, the driver was extremely rude, would call and say they will leave if you don't answer the door yet they are at the wrong address. Buffallo doesn't know what's going on with shipments, the customer has to continously call to follow up. What's the point supporting Shein if they make use of useless courier services.
