I have uploaded my documents, onto Buffalo site, numerous times. I have phoned the call centre every day for the past week trying to get an email or contact for customs to get my documents sent through, but to no avail. Most of the time when finally becoming caller no 1, I get an automated maschine that states the agent is not available and to try again later. I am on the verge or cancelling my whole order and never again ordering from Shein. This has been a nightmare of an experience.
