I got the message of my parcel being out for delivery and it gave a 48hour time period. At around 6ish in the evening the delivery guy calls to ask me to meet him at a garage(gas station) near by cause he fears being followed and hijacked when he leaves my complex. As a female and also customer at a delivery company, being asked to pick up my parcel still at a random location is not ideal or happening. He then returned the parcel and told me a new group of people that move around with security escorts will deliver my parcel the next day. The tracking system says I asked for rescheduling. I have received no assistance. No customer services except for the link to track the parcel and that's where they stop responding. I am furious, cause I have another day of awaiting communication about the delivery. If Buffalo logistics is the only way Shein is sending things to South Africa, I am out. The last delivery service company had clearer communication and customer service was on point.
