I am editing my review above my original review, because, in Buffaloex's defence, they eventually sorted it out. I think their issue lies mainly with the fact that their website user interface and communication ease and accessibility aren't client-friendly. Especially for those who are not that tech-savvy. From this point on is my original review: "They have the worst communication system ever. I have tried to get my parcel delivered more than 4 failed attempts but for some reason, they can't update an address or phone number because their "systems don't allow it" and the call centre people don't have access to the driver numbers. What is the actual what? You're in the business of delivering parcels but your systems don't allow you to do that effectively. I am absolutely stunned. Shein and Temu should rethink their courier services because I won't be ordering from either of them again due to this issue."
