The service is absolutely terrible. It’s a shame they were given the contract to work with Temu.Their drivers are outright liars who claim they’ve called when they haven’t, leading to your parcel being returned to the warehouse. Once that happens, the process goes completely downhill. I’ve been calling them for 8 consecutive days, and my issue remains unresolved.Some of their call centre agents will even hang up on you when they don’t know how to assist. To make matters worse, they don’t seem to record any details of your previous calls. Every time you follow up, it feels like you’re starting from scratch, explaining the entire issue all over again.In all my life, I have never experienced service this appalling. Temu should seriously consider switching to a more reliable service provider like DSV or Skynet in South Africa.
