I wish ai could rate it zero. The service is absolutely bad. My order was supposed to delivered on 05 June 2024 they send a message around 10:00 am In the morning claiming my order was coming. I was at home the whole day waiting for my order. Around then in 10:00 pm I went to track my status. The status said failed to deliver because client not at the address. BUFFALO your service is poor you guys **** I was at home even if I wasn't I didn't even get a call to be notified that they were around and I was not here. Pooorest service they don't respond to emails and calls it's so hard to. Reach out to them even their stupid WhatsApp chat bot does not help. Someone should just sue the company because it is. *********** and I wish it should burn to hell.
