Had the Buffalo ribeye steaks and at just under £24 you think it should be fab.It wasn't.I cooked it the same way i do all my steaks in my le cruset cast iron seared with loads off butter and once turned basted till its cooked then well rested .I like mine medium rare and i know it wasn't overcooked.Anyway it was tough as old boots wich really surprised me but mabey i just got an unlucky bit.Anyway reviewed it on there website but its not been put up very dissapointed they must just want good reviews.I did say the rest of ther stuff was delicious.And the dste i gave is approximate as i cant remember exact date.
